Digital Marketing Specialist

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you are primarily responsible for the digital marketing efforts for all brands under the Weatherbeeta USA portfolio. Our results come from you driving the execution of the digital marketing plans into our retailers to ensure profitable sales growth and digital asset utilization for the business in the USA and Canada. A big part of the job is keeping your brands at the heart of the equestrian industry through creating & deploying communication assets, paid & unpaid, into the market. You also need to ensure your sales team colleagues have all the tools they need to execute your plans with customers.

What are we looking for?

  • Digital Point of Sale Assets
    • Seasonally create art briefs and work with our Australia design team to obtain desired artwork
    • Work with AUS and UK counterparts to proof and finalize all video and media content
    • Work with IT to manage our internally hosted digital asset library
    • Be able to speak the technical language of HTML and troubleshoot as needed
    • Own responsibility for the Point of Sale Asset library/website
  • Website Management: Internal and External
    • Internal
      • Seasonally changeover content on a portfolio of brand websites
      • Regularly update retailer listings on a portfolio of brand websites
      • Ensure all website content is functional
      • Compose weekly reports on website maintenance via Google Analytics and internal reporting tools
    • External
      • Work closely with our retail partners to ensure proper representation of our brands across their websites
      • Monitor retailer websites for updates and edits as needed
      • Own responsibility for ensuring retailers are fully utilizing our Digital Point of Sale assets
  • Partnership Marketing
    • Create art briefs to Australia’s design team for top-tier retailers who require personalized digital web banners, web content, etc.
    • Create customer-friendly presentation pieces to assist sales team in digital marketing asset sell-in

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or other relatable degree
  • Demonstrable skill in digital marketing aspect of marketing mix
  • HTML experience required with the ability to understand and speak the IT and web language
  • Excellent writing/proofreading skills
  • Experience in paid digital campaigns preferred
  • Experience in retail and/or sales preferred

Sales Operations Coordinator

The Customer Service Coordinator will ensure that the Customer Service team are led to deliver outstanding service to our customers, ensure the maintenance of commercial policies and procedures and to ensure budget exceeded with our tele-sales accounts. The Sales Operations Coordinator reports directly to the Commercial Support Manager (UK based)

What are we looking for?

  • Customer Service & Relationships
    • Provide the leadership required to ensure that defined customer service goals and objectives are executed consistently by inspiring the direct reports and all stakeholders to create and deliver a sales and service focused business
    • Ensure the necessary resources and tools are available for quality customer service delivery and relevant data is available to determine customer service outputs
    • Coordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives, liaising as necessary with management to support and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  • Team Management
    • HR for Customer Service Reps (CSRs) – manage payroll, paid time off (PTO), overtime (OT) and performance
    • Ensure that the CSR team have up to date objectives and appraisals and are clear on their development opportunities
    • Manage departmental duties assigned to CSR’s
  • Selling
    • Generate sales for an agreed portfolio of accounts and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales
    • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and grow account revenue and profitability by up-selling and cross-selling. 
    • Attend and participate in monthly reporting as required
    • Ensure Weekly Closed Sales are reported to the Sales Director
    • Keep up to date on monthly campaigns, new products, services, procedures and tools
    • Be willing to take on other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • 3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • Previous people management experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills
  • Equestrian knowledge and experience preferred
  • Ability to develop leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills combined with excellent organizational and prioritization skills; detail and task oriented.  Demonstrated strengths in accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment
  • Excellent verbal/written skills necessary
  • Works independently and proactively to avoid and resolve issues
