HOLIDAY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
That time of the year is fast approaching and we recommend that you place you order early for a delivery in time for the holidays. Please see the following to find out about our Holiday shipping and returns information, and to ensure those gifts arrive in time for Christmas!
DELIVERY TIMES FOR CHRISTMAS DAY GIFTS
For a delivery by Christmas day (December 25th), we recommend to order before:
Tuesday December 12th Midday for Ground Shipping
Monday December 18th Midday for 3 Day Select Shipping
We want you to choose the perfect gifts for your friends and family for the Holidays, however, we understand that sometimes things just do not fit as first expected when it comes to trying it on. With this in mind, we will be extending our Returns window for the Holiday period to 31st January 2024 - so any purchases made from 15th October 2023, will have until this date to be returned back to us.
If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, then please follow the returns process to get the item back to us. We will be happy to send out a replacement product and cover the cost of postage.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange products for a different item. If you have ordered the wrong item or size and wish to exchange for a different size or colour, then please follow the returns process for requesting a refund and then place a new order on the website.
We’re still here for you around the clock with all our usual delivery and payment options! Plus if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise.
We want you to be completely happy with your WeatherBeeta order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Merchandise returned in unsalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please use original or another shipping box/packaging when returning items such as footwear and helmets. A $10.00 restocking fee will be applied to merchandise where packing tape and/or shipping labels have been affixed directly to the branded packaging (boot box, helmet box, et al).
Korsteel Bits - Please note, we are unable to accept returns for Korsteel Bits ordered online if the item has already ben used unless the bit is defective.
Saddles - Please note, that all saddles being returned will be inspected upon receipt that they meet our return criteria.
We have made the returns process as easy as we can - simply use our online returns request form to let us know what you're returning and why, and let us take care of everything else.
Our returns policy is 30 days for a refund. As long as you contact us within the 30-day return period and your product is in a saleable condition with its original labels and packaging, we’re happy to offer a refund on your product. Please note, this excludes any initial delivery costs.
We will process your refund within 28 days of receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you place your order.
Orders placed before 1pm (EST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed after 1pm (EST) or over the weekend (Saturday, Sunday) will be dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Estimated shipping times are between 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may also take longer. Shipping times may also vary based on national holidays or shipping location could take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
We currently only ship to the continental 48
Please note that items may be sent in separate boxes for larger items or quantities.
Customs and Duty
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations set by that country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the customers’ responsibility.
